Droid Pro for over priced

Motorola Droid Pro as we all know is the most hyped up device by Motorola. This smart phone is claimed to have some exceptional features to actually stun its users. The hand set is also in news because of the continuous leaks associated with this name. Now according to this new leak, the hand set is expected to be priced at 9.99, quite a big shock for many of you. With this price tag, the hand set is certainly going to be the most expensive in the category of Android powered devices. Droid pro is expected to give a tough competition to BlackBerry, but this leak is leaving a question on this exaggerated claim. There are discussions going if people would like to shift to Motorola in case of Smart phones, that too on such a high cost.

People are really thinking over the option as investing a big sum of money on a small screen hand set that too with average specifications, is a worth questioning issue. Moreover if people don’t want to move too far, one can compare the hand set with the same company’s Droid X bearing much better specs and is priced too less with 9.99 only. This is really putting the Droid pro on big question. If Motorola is really planning to give tough competition to BlackBerry then it has to really come up with something solidified, just the Android support or any sort of marketing strategy wont work for them, its BlackBerry and one needs something really worth to stand against the big giant of Smart phone world.Time will show if the company is really able to cope up with the tough competition lined up by top rivals. Brand name is always a big advantage with Motorola and will keep giving benefit to the company.

Motorola Milestone 3 is the Latest Droid From US Manufacturer

The original Milestone, known in the United States as the Droid, was the device that repositioned Motorola at the top of the smartphone market after the sudden and dramatic shift to touchscreen phones after the release of the first iPhone back in 2007. This device made use of the Android operating system and won over a lot of support for its perfect combination of touchscreen and QWERTY keyboard. It also had a lot of appeal for its futuristic and robust image and design ethos.

Motorola has since released a couple more devices into this series and now has another Milestone handset up their sleeves which is due to be released towards the end of 2011. This device has not had all of its details confirmed by Motorola but there are many features that are already known about this smartphone that are likely to position it as a highly popular Android phone.

The phone will be joining the latest phone craze of dual core processors with either a 1GHz or 1.2GHz dual core processor on board, along with a corresponding 1GB RAM to make it an exceptionally powerful device.

With this hardware it should be able to easily enjoy all of the latest games and apps that are on offer from Android Market and to which the Milestone 3 will be privy.

The screen will also see a major enhancement with the Milestone 3 now featuring a larger 4.3″ qHD multitouch display. This will offer much great visual quality and detail while at the same time plenty more room to enjoy activities like videos and web browsing. The phone is expected to have improvements made to its 3G and Wi-Fi connections, with DLNA Wi-Fi allowing video content from the phone to be enjoyed from a home television.

The famous QWERTY keyboard of the new Milestone has also had a makeover with an improved 5 row design making easier than ever to type away to friends.

This will greatly complement the excellent threaded SMS, email and instant messaging option that will come included as well as the fantastic social networking integration for websites like Facebook.

There are some rumours that the Milestone 3 will also support the optional docking ports of the Motorola Atrix as well. This seems likely seeing as Motorola would not just introduces these peripherals for one phone, and these optional extras will for the first time allow you to transform your droid into a laptop or a multimedia hub.

Also included will be an improved 5 megapixel camera with HD video recording support, and a secondary camera for video calling. Running on either Android Gingerbread or the yet to be released Android Ice Cream Sandwich the Milestone 3 is likely to be a huge success due to the number of people who were won over by previous Motorola Milestone devices. Motorola has still yet to confirm all of the final details but either way the Milestone 3 will be an excellent QWERTY droid to look forward to, and should see release sometime in September 2011.
